How Dwello works

Step 1

Apply to join

Dwello is invite-only. Apply with your home details. We verify your identity and approve your listing within 3–5 days.

Step 2

List your home

Add photos, write a description, set your house rules and availability calendar. Your home becomes visible to other verified members.

Step 3

Host guests, earn nights

When another member stays at your home, you earn one night credit per night hosted. Credits go straight into your Dwello wallet.

Step 4

Browse homes across Germany

Search verified homes in 25+ German cities. Filter by dates, bedrooms, and city.

Step 5

Pay only the service fee

No rent. No host payment. You pay Dwello a service fee of €15–40 per night to cover coordination and home protection. Cleaning fee paid separately to the cleaner.

Step 6

Swap simultaneously or async

Arrange a direct simultaneous swap with another member, or host now and travel later using your banked credits.
